Men’s Mental Health Series:
Supporting Men Through Divorce and Separation

In a culture that often tells men to "man up" and move on, the emotional toll of separation is too often carried in silence. As a result, divorced men are 8x more likely to die by suicide compared to divorced women*. This CE is designed to specifically explore the real, often unspoken emotional challenges men face during divorce, including grief and loneliness, fatherhood and co-parenting, and self-worth. It will be led by Trust Mental Health therapist, Sanjeev Balarajan.
