Have no fear! We are happy to work with clients without insurance or with an out-of-network insurance to find the best option for them:
Clients without insurance have the option to pay out-of-pocket for their sessions. Sessions range from $180-$220 for individual sessions and $200-$250 for family or couples sessions. These ranges depend on the unique therapist. The intake coordinator will pair you with the right therapist for your unique financial needs.
We are also able to offer superbills, a receipt that can be taken to your insurance for potential reimbursement, to our clients with out-of-network insurances. Our intake team is happy to provide you with the therapist's name, license number, and NPI so that you’re able to connect with your insurance provider and understand your unique out-of-network options before working with us. Once you’ve chosen this route, you would simply pay out-of-pocket after your session, and our billing team would provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider. Depending on what your out-of-network benefits are, you would be reimbursed directly from your insurance provider. For bigger insurance companies, such as Aetna and United Health Care, reimbursement usually takes around 2-4 weeks. For smaller insurance companies, such as VHP or SCCIPA, it typically takes around 4-8 weeks.
