Additionally, we do so through a variety of methods—therapy for individuals, therapy for couples, therapy for families, therapy for teens, and more—and for many different issues—depression therapy, anxiety therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and more. Lastly, we offer a multitude of modalities—for example, cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR—to accommodate diverse needs.
Our San Jose therapy location offers therapy in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Vietnamese.All are welcome.

Our service is accessible and reliable— we promise you mental health support within 48 hours of reaching out to us. During your free 15-minute consultation, we will listen to your unique needs and pair you with the San Jose therapist who is the best fit for you.

Car: Our San Jose therapy location is right next to Santa Clara University and the San Jose Mineta International Airport, near Rose Garden. There is parking available at the Alameda Hall Parking.
Public Transportation: Our office is a four-minute walk from a 22 bus stop. -
Once you’ve reached out to us, we will reach out to you for a free 15-minute consultation call; we’ll better understand what you are looking for and pair you with the therapist that is the best fit for you.
We value transparency so, after that call, you’ll receive an email with your co-pay or out-of-payment costs and instructions on the required paperwork.
As long as you complete the paperwork 24 hours before your first session, you’ll receive a link sharing instructions on how to get to our San Jose office or how to complete a telehealth session.From there, you’ll start your journey with your therapist.

Once you arrive, please make your way inside the building. You can enjoy the seating downstairs (near the back door) until your therapist is ready and able to meet you. They will lead you upstairs, where you will find Suite #201.
Please Note: If your session is after 5 pm or on the weekend, please wait in the large parking lot behind the building. Your therapist will receive you at the back entrance at the session time.
There is a bathroom available downstairs and upstairs, with a key from the therapist.
While in the office, there are white noise machines to protect privacy, so you feel comfortable confiding in your therapist. We also have coffee available to make your experience more soothing.

If you wish to enjoy coffee before your appointment at our San Jose therapy location, you can find Voyager Craft Coffee within a three-minute walk. There are other coffee shops, sandwich shops, and eateries—for example, Raman Taka and Ike’s sandwich shop—a 4-minute walk away, down the street towards Santa Clara University.
Don’t forget to check out the famous Rose Garden, a short 3-minute drive away, for a mindful walk.
