You find yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand — snapping when you’re really scared, shutting down when you want to connect, cycling through the same patterns no matter how hard you try to break free. Maybe you’ve carried something heavy for a long time: a traumatic experience, a family that never quite got you, a body and identity that feel unfamiliar right now. Perhaps you’re navigating postpartum or perimenopause — seasons that can quietly unravel your sense of self — and you’re wondering how to find your footing again.
You are not broken. You are someone whose nervous system learned to survive. And you deserve support in learning something new.
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to be stuck in patterns that don’t serve you — and I’ve dedicated my work to helping people get unstuck. I have a particular heart for women moving through the profound shifts of postpartum and menopause, seasons that are so often minimized yet can shake a woman’s identity and relationships to the core. Drawing on Attachment-Based Therapy, IFS, and CBT, I help you understand why you are the way you are — and make changes that actually last.
It takes courage to reach out, and you don’t have to keep going through this alone. If what I’ve shared resonates, I’d love to connect. Reach out today to schedule a session with me
