Perhaps you feel stuck in your career, overwhelmed by life’s demands, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about what comes next. You want to understand yourself more deeply the experiences, emotions, and patterns that have shaped how you navigate work, relationships, and life. Maybe you’ve spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, or simply surviving difficult experiences, and now you’re ready to reconnect with what you want and who you want to become. You’re looking for more than temporary relief; you want meaningful, lasting change that feels authentic to you.
Therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin moving forward with intention. My trauma-informed and collaborative approach recognizes that your experiences matter and that healing and growth look different for everyone. Together, we can explore what may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your emotional well-being, build self-trust, and develop practical tools to navigate life and career transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you’re facing burnout, anxiety, a career change, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences, you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. You deserve support as you create a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and truly your own.
I became a therapist because I believe people deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported, especially during the moments when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Since 2018, I have had the privilege of serving clients through some of life’s most challenging seasons. These experiences have shown me the importance of having a safe space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment. I’ve witnessed the resilience people carry, even when they may not recognize it themselves, and I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with that strength while creating meaningful and lasting change.
I don’t believe therapy is about fixing you or telling you who you should be. I believe it’s about creating a compassionate, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, process your experiences, and gain the tools and confidence to move forward.
My approach is trauma-informed and centered on meeting you where you are while honoring your unique story, strengths, and goals. Whether you’re navigating a career transition, emotional challenges, or a significant life change, I’m committed to walking alongside you as you build greater self-trust, clarity, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
Together, we will build on your resilience, make sense of what you’ve experienced, and create meaningful change. Through a trauma-informed approach, I’ll help you gain clarity, strengthen self-trust, and develop the tools to move forward with confidence. You don’t have to remain stuck in what has been. If you’re ready to begin a new chapter with greater purpose and hope, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation.
