Amanda Hajj

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

You're likely here because something feels heavier than it should. Maybe you're at an inflection point you didn't plan: watching someone you love struggle or you’ve started carrying more than you know how to name. Whatever brought you here, being ready for something to change is enough to start.

I work with individuals, families, couples, and teens across the full range of what life can bring from burnout, anxiety, and grief, to family tensions, faith uncertainties, and identify struggles. My approach is rooted in understanding how the stories we inherit about love, trust, and belonging shape the patterns we live out. I'm not in a hurry to read the surface; I'm interested in the story underneath your struggle. Together, we can figure out how you got here and where you want to go.

I spent nearly a decade working in tech as a management consultant. That work gave me a real appreciation for what it costs to keep performing when something underneath isn't right. I also grew up as a second-generation Syrian-American, which meant learning early that the values we inherit and the ones we build do not always speak the same language.

Your history, beliefs, and questions are not background details. They are the heart of our work together. I believe there is hope for healing and fullness, and I look forward to walking alongside you on the journey.
