You may be looking for a space where you can finally feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Maybe you have been carrying difficult emotions, past experiences, relationship challenges, or expectations for so long that you are not quite sure where to begin. You want to better understand yourself, feel more confident in who you are, and learn ways to navigate life that feel healthier and more manageable.
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to have a space where they can feel safe enough to be vulnerable and show up as their authentic self. I am passionate about building genuine connections with my clients and helping them recognize the strengths they already carry within themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, and I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to meet each person where they are.
Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, develop tools to help you manage difficult emotions, and work toward the changes that feel meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your ability to navigate challenges, and hopeful about what comes next. If you are looking for a space where you can feel supported while becoming the person you want to be, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
