You may be seeking therapy because things have begun to feel overwhelming, out of control, or no longer aligned in your life. You might be experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions. At times, these experiences can be further shaped by cultural expectations, family dynamics, or feeling caught between different identities. You may notice patterns in your thoughts, emotions, or relationships that you would like to understand better and change. Whether you are a child, adolescent, individual, couple, or family, you are seeking a safe and warm space where meaningful growth and progress can take place.
I approach therapy with cultural sensitivity, respect, and a strong commitment to individualized care. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical coping strategies that align with their values and lived experiences. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. I also integrate play therapy, art therapy, and somatic interventions to support expression, processing, and mind-body awareness, particularly when experiences are difficult to put into words. My work is collaborative, structured, and responsive to each client’s developmental and cultural context.
In our work together, you can expect a grounded, supportive space with consistency, attunement, and nonjudgmental care. We will focus on clear, achievable goals and turning insight into meaningful, lasting change. With the right support, growth is possible.
