Each of us encounter struggles and challenges that become difficult to manage. Perhaps you are navigating through stress, anxiety, major life transitions, or family conflict. Maybe you feel overwhelmed from self-critism, exhausted with cultural or societal expectations, or simply know that old wounds are still impacting you now but aren’t sure how to deal with it.
I understand what it is like to feel unseen, unheard, and disconnected from others, which is why I focus on creating a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen–not only for parts of you now, but also for your younger self who has had to protect and survive to make it through.
My approach is centered on understanding you as a whole person and meeting you where you are at. I am passionate about helping clients see the strength, resilience, and wisdom that have always been carried within themselves. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about changing who you fundamentally are, but about processing your experiences and emotions, gaining tools to bring about change into your daily life, and providing compassion and care for yourself.
Seeking out help is a courageous step. Together, we can plant that seed towards healing and growth.
