Noie Manor

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

You want to understand yourself better and create change that actually lasts. Maybe you feel stuck in patterns you can’t break, unsure of your place in relationships, or disconnected from your sense of confidence and self-worth. You might question whether you truly belong or deserve the kind of life and relationships you want. At the same time, you’re navigating a world that isn’t always fair, and while that reality matters, constantly focusing on it can leave you feeling even more stuck. The question becomes how to make sense of your experiences and learn to live in and ENJOY the life you have.

I know what it’s like to meet yourself with criticism instead of compassion, and to feel like you’ve been dealt a difficult hand. I also believe that within those experiences is the growth potential. We all have an inner capacity for change and resilience, and I’m passionate about helping you access that. Whether you struggle with confidence, a sense of belonging, or feeling deserving of love and connection, our work will help you build a stronger, more supportive relationship with yourself so you can confidently surround yourself with people who continue to lift you up.

In our work together, I take a client-centered approach, meeting you where you are while also encouraging you to reflect on how you want to show up for yourself. We will explore your past and present experiences, your relationships, and the patterns that shape your life. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-informed care, I will help you better understand your thoughts, behaviors, and core beliefs so you can create meaningful, lasting change. I aim to provide a space that feels safe and supportive, while also fostering growth, helping you move toward a life that feels more intentional and fulfilling. If this resonates with you, I would welcome the opportunity to connect.
