Aleyna Mason

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

You are the expert when it comes to your life. Your unique constellation of experiences - difficult and easeful - can provide profound personal insight. Yet sometimes it is challenging to hear ourselves, trust ourselves, and to follow through in honoring our own needs.

I am personally familiar with the overwhelm that comes from this kind of internal disconnect. It can be isolating to feel out of sync with your values or your healthier patterns. And as a Black woman, I know it can be hard to find understanding and intersectional spaces in which to rest and process.

As your therapist, I offer a frame for non-judgmental perspective-taking. But I also strive to be an advocate every session, for you and for your goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate and strength-based. I look forward to listening, together.
