At times, life can throw storms our way – moments when stress, uncertainly and painful experiences block us from seeing the path ahead. In these difficult times, it can be very hard for us to even see ourselves clearly; especially when navigating new cultures, identities as well as new expectations.
As an immigrant therapist, I understand the challenges of adjusting to new cultures while striving to maintain a sense of identity. I witnessed personally how cultural values, family expectations, and social pressures can both support and complicate our emotional well-being. Therapy can be a reflective space offering the opportunity to pause, reflect and regain clarity.
My goal is to help clients understand patterns, build coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths. In our work together, I strive to meet you where you are. While adhering to the fact that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, I draw from different evidence-based practices to tailor the support and guidance to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals.
Whether you are seeking support during a difficult period or hoping to deepen your self-awareness and personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you in that journey.
