Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
An opening that is about your ideal client with elaboration.
Are you feeling unmotivated, disconnected, or struggling to find joy in your daily life? Do you find it difficult to focus or connect meaningfully with others? Does anxiety feel like a constant undercurrent throughout your day? As human beings, we’re wired for connection, yet in our efforts to belong, we can sometimes lose touch with our authentic selves. Over time, this disconnection can show up as fatigue, difficulty sleeping, low mood, fear of closeness, or emotional overwhelm. Left unaddressed, these experiences can take a toll on both our mental and physical well-being.
2. Why you became a therapist and why you’re passionate about it.
For example:
In my view, much of our distress—whether it shows up as anxiety, disconnection, or emotional exhaustion- comes from parts of us working hard to keep us safe, even when those strategies no longer serve us. As a therapist, I aim to help clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been neglected in their efforts to belong or in response to deep pain. With curiosity and compassion, I support others in moving closer to their authentic selves—free from judgment and shame. Together, we acknowledge the adaptive behaviors that once supported survival, while gently exploring which patterns can now be released.
3. A closer with empathy, authority statements, a seed of hope, and a clear call to action.
For example:
Rooted in compassion, empathy, and presence, I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your emotions freely and without judgment. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you, allowing you to guide the focus and flow of our sessions.
