Karla Moran-McFadden
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
We are the experts of our path and journey. Throughout life, we can come about difficult times that can leave us feeling uncertain, and doubt ourselves and our choices. The most courageous part is understanding that we may need help and that it is okay to ask for help without judgment or blame. To know that we can find a safe place where we can be accepted for who we are and the choices we have made and that they will meet us where we are at.
In life, I personally know how important it is to have a safe space to turn to where we can be accepted and supported. Change has happened for me when receiving nonjudgmental support and care while being honored for where I am and the choices I have made. As a therapist, my goal is to work in a strength-based way to support you in looking at where we are lost and the options presented, especially when we don’t think or know there are any, and make the choice that works best for us.
