Kavita Singal
Marriage and Family Therapist
Sometimes life throws a curveball that may leave you feeling stuck, lost, or unfulfilled. You may feel unmotivated, emotionally drained, and wondering if you will find peace again. Asking for help is the first step to healing.
I come from a cultural background where talking about your problems is taboo and counseling is unheard of. Therefore, I feel that I have a unique insight and ability to connect with my clients. I can provide a different level of empathy. I know what is like to feel trapped or consumed by negative thoughts. We all need tools to deal with the daily stressors life brings. I will help you navigate difficult times by being genuine, empathic, and directive.
My approach is always judgement-free and collaborative. I believe each person is unique and therefore therapy should be personalized to your individual goals. By using a strength-based approach, together we will work toward achieving your goals.
