As an individual, perhaps you have been struggling within your personal relationships. Perhaps you have been struggling with your sense of self and identity due to past traumas, and are struggling to navigate your present relationships. You repeat similar patterns and struggle to break free in order to make lasting improvements for yourself. Maybe you want to explore new meaningful avenues in life that serve your needs.
I am here to help you along your journey as you process how your past traumas shaped your life experiences and relationships, and recognize your own potential for growth. I will help you identify what it is that you most value in your present self, and help you brainstorm how to live a life that is most aligned with what is meaningful to you.
My goal is to utilize a client-centered, solution-oriented approach to challenge you and help you meet your individual goals. I will utilize trauma-informed Cognitive and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy interventions to help you build greater insight into yourself, your earlier life experiences, and your future goals as you achieve self-actualization.
