Lucy Streett

associate marriage and family therapist

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety or depression, navigating grief or trauma, confronting relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from your sense of purpose, I’m glad you’re here. Therapy can help you gain clarity, shift longstanding patterns, and move forward in alignment with your values.

My approach as a therapist is collaborative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices and building on each client’s individual strengths. After two decades working in public health, I became a therapist because I wanted to engage with people in a more personal and sustained way and help them make meaningful changes in their lives.

I work with children, teens, adults and families, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs, background, and experiences. I bring warmth, authenticity, and humor to my work and strive to create an environment of trust, mutual respect, and a shared understanding of your goals. My hope is that you will leave therapy with new skills and perspectives and more confidence in your ability to navigate what comes next.
