Life is a journey filled with ups and downs. It is never perfect. Sometimes people feel stuck or lost, get angry, or feel anxious or sad. They have grief, suffer personal loss, personal or relationship issues arise, and crises occur. Everyone deserves a chance to live their lives to the fullest by resolving their concerns and getting emotional relief.

If you feel uncertain or are experiencing life stressors, seeking professional support can be the first step to helping you to understand yourself. It can enable you to address your troubles and improve your overall quality of life. You and your loved ones deserve a happy future and it would be an honor for me to help you arrive there.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have provided care to diverse populations with various challenges and needs. I have experience working with family, children/teens, and individuals that have experienced challenges which include but are not limited to trauma, family conflict, behavioral issues (children/teens), interpersonal relationships, sexual identity, job related concerns, academics, criminal justice system and substance use/addiction.

My goal as a therapist is to provide the best holistic care in a nonjudgmental and culturally responsive environment in order to reach the client’s therapeutic goals. Please reach out and set an appointment with me when you are ready for support. Thank you for your time.
