Undra Bayarsaikhan

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

You may be navigating the weight of unforeseen life challenges, the lingering impact of painful past experiences, or the complexities of relationships. You find yourself longing for a life where you feel more connected and at peace. When circumstances feel overwhelming, it is natural to feel that overcoming them alone is an impossible task. You deserve a space where you feel truly heard.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a deep understanding of how vital it is to have a compassionate witness in one’s healing journey. I am passionate about this work because I believe no one should have to navigate their challenging times in isolation. I am dedicated to helping you move toward a life where you can accept challenges with resilience and commit to a future that feels worth living.

In our work together, we will take a collaborative and evidence-based approach to your well-being. We will work to understand the "storms" of your emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop the tools needed to accept difficult feelings without letting them steer your life. I provide a structured yet empathetic environment where you can align your daily actions with your deepest values. Healing is possible, and you do not have to carry the weight of change by yourself.
