My training and experience in practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and Solution Focused Therapy can help you develop awareness of your strengths and take effective steps towards coping with mood disturbances, such as anxiety and depression, grief and loss, traumatic stress, and low self-esteem. I will also be there to enhance your ability to connect when you struggle with isolation, lack of belonging, and conflicts or distrust in your relationships.
