Natasha has over 20+ years of experience in the field of mental health and her vision for Trust Mental Health is to have a team of culturally sensitive therapists that are committed to healing clients through high quality mental health care. The diversity
of her team is what makes them unique. TMH therapists speak more than 10+ languages between them. Their dedication to intersectional wellness enables us to offer tailored, culturally sensitive treatment to their clients.
Trust Mental Health has over 15+ therapists that offer therapy sessions both in-person and through telehealth. They accept clients within 48 hours. Their services include therapy for individuals, couples,children, and teens. They also offer therapeutic treatment for eatingdisorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQI+, BIPOC, faith-based therapy, and IVF/Fertility.
Natasha strives to make therapy accessible and convenient for all clients; therefore, her team is able to meet clients through video call/ phone call or in-person.
