Michelle K.

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

You want to better understand yourself and understand why certain patterns keep repeating in your life. You may be struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, or navigating big life transitions. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or isolated — especially when it feels like no one truly understands the complexity of your background or the weight of your responsibilities. You’re looking for a safe and supportive space where you can be heard and seen without judgment.

Coming from a multicultural background myself, I recognize the unique challenges that can arise when navigating more than one cultural identity. That’s one of the reasons I became a therapist — to be that safe and understanding person for those who are often unseen or misunderstood. Therapy can be a place to finally exhale, reflect, and begin healing in a way that honors your unique story and values.

I bring warmth, cultural sensitivity, and a range of evidence-based practices to our work together. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strengths, better regulate your emotions, and develop healthier relationships — starting with the one you have with yourself. You deserve to be supported and empowered, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward growth and healing.

Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more in control of your life. Your story matters. Change is possible — and it begins with reaching out.
