Juan Ponce

LICENSED Clinical Social Worker

We all encounter times when we may feel stuck or lost dealing with life’s challenges. Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed with work, school, or other stressors? Are you stuck in a cycle of worry and fear of the unknown? Are you open to challenging yourself, building insight, and working towards positive changes to improve your life?

Taking the step to ask for help can be daunting. However, there comes a time when we realize that we need support. Therapy can help to unlock new ways of thinking that can help you make progress in your everyday life.

I have several years of experience working with diverse groups of individuals including adults, teens, and children from different ethnic backgrounds. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and I provide a culturally competent, non-judgmental, and safe space in which clients can explore their feelings. I incorporate mindfulness, CBT, and motivational interviewing as part of my approach to treatment.

Together we will work to develop a plan to achieve your goals. I hope to be able to provide you with the tools to better manage life's stressors and live a more balanced life through the power of therapy.
