Job Type: part-time (minimum 10 hours a week) or full-time.

Pay Range:  $50+ per hour, based on experience and part-time or full-time status.

Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

· Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults

· Timely maintenance of clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policy, accurate and up-to-date calendars, and client information using practice management software.

· Meet regularly with supervisor(s) for consultation regarding clients’ cases and progress.

· Additional professional opportunities are available if desired – starting a group, teaching a class, giving presentations at schools and corporations.

What we love to see in clinicians who wish to join our team:

· Master's (Required)

· License: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PSYD or PHD (Required)

· California licensed clinician registered and in good standing with the BBS

· Experience in treating ethnically and culturally diverse child, adolescent, and/or adult clients.

· Experience in providing telehealth is a plus. Home office requirements for telehealth: personal computer, private, quiet space to conduct session, high-speed internet connection.

· Training/certification and experience in one or more current modalities of psychotherapy (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Talk Therapy). Additional training in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy is a plus.

· Timely creation and maintenance of all appropriate client records.

· Ability to provide prompt and fitting clinical response during crisis intervention situations and to generate follow up and safety plans.

· Passionate about providing therapy

· Must not work in another private practice
