Our objectives for the blog posts we publish are:
Educating readers on matters concerning mental well-being
Challenging the stigma and misconceptions surrounding mental health and its treatment
Encouraging readers to empower themselves, reflect, and have needed conversations.
We prefer articles that include how mental health therapy—for example, depression therapy, relationship counseling, trauma therapy, or anxiety therapy—can provide needed support and relief.
Requirements
To write for us, your articles must:
Be written on a subject related to mental health
Be 1500-2000 words in length.
Not be written utilizing AI and must be 100% original work that has not been published elsewhere
Be well-researched with works and sources cited
Explicitly note the title and any headings/sub-headings
Be proofread for spelling and grammar
